Vendor Set-Up Times
To help the day run smoothly, vendors can set up during the following times:
Friday, April 24
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, April 25
Beginning at 8:00 AM
Booth Fees
Chamber Members: FREE 🎉
Non-Members: $75
👉 Become a Chamber member and your booth fee is waived!
Each booth includes:
• One table
• Two chairs
Payment & Important Dates
Applications are reviewed as they are submitted.
If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice by email.
Payment can be made by
cash or check and may be:
• Mailed
• Dropped off in person at the Chamber office
Office Hours:
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday – Friday
All booths must be paid in full by April 20, 2026.
All vendor fees are
non-refundable.

Promote your business or organization with a pot of tasty chili at our Beans, Boots & Business Chili Cook-Off!
Show off your best recipe, represent your business, and compete for cash prizes, plaques, and well-deserved bragging rights.
So pull on your boots, fire up the burner, and let the chili do the talking!

Contestant Information
How Much Chili?
Each contestant must prepare a minimum of 3 gallons of chili per entry.
What to Bring
Contestants must provide their own setup and cooking equipment:
• Your own
table and chairs
• Optional
booth setup or pop-up tent
• Booth space provided is approximately
10’ x 10’
•
No power will be available
Cooking Equipment
• Propane or gas stove or grill
Cooking Supplies
Please bring all utensils and supplies you may need, including:
• Cutting boards
• Knives
• Spatulas
• Ladles
• Any additional cooking tools
Materials Provided
We will provide:
•
4 oz tasting cups and spoons for general tasting

8 oz cups for
People’s Choice voting
Cooking & Setup Rules

must be cooked the day of the event
• Chili must be
ready for judges’ tasting by 9:30 AM
Prep Allowed Before the Event
You may prepare ingredients ahead of time, including:
• Chopping ingredients
• Shredding cheese
• Pre-cooking meat
Not Allowed Before 6:00 AM
The following cannot happen before 6:00 AM on event day:
• Combining ingredients
• Starting the chili
All ingredients must remain separate until after 6:00 AM.
